Role Description The Client Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role involves engaging with clients to understand their requirements,



recommending suitable tile products and solutions, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience throughout the sales cycle. The Client Consultant will handle client inquiries, prepare proposals or quotations, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining solid client relationships, resolving service issues, gathering client feedback, and contributing insights to improve products and customer service. The role also requires accurate documentation of client interactions and proactive follow-up to support long-term partnerships and repeat business.
