Role Description The Learning and Development Manager will design, implement,



and optimize learning strategies and programs across tech and non-tech domains, ensuring they align with Skillofy_AI’s mission and business objectives. In this full-time remote role, the manager will oversee end-to-end program lifecycle, including needs assessment, curriculum design, content development, and learner evaluation. The role involves collaborating with subject matter experts, mentors, and cross-functional teams to build engaging learning experiences, integrate instructional design best practices, and continuously improve program effectiveness. The manager will monitor learning outcomes using data and feedback, refine learning paths, and support leadership and career development initiatives for learners and internal teams. Additional responsibilities include managing learning platforms, coordinating live sessions and workshops, and contributing to scalable processes and standards for the learning ecosystem.
