The role
As a Service Manager, you will be accountable for the services delivered to our Contractual and Professional Services customers. You will lead and manage the virtual customer team, ensuring Services, Sales and Delivery are aligned around the right customer outcomes and a joined-up Account Plan.
You will own key customer stakeholder relationships, understand customer objectives and challenges, and work with Sales to convert these into growth opportunities for Computacenter.

What you will do
• Act as a primary member of the customer Leadership Team alongside Sales, Group Managed Services, Group Professional Services and Group Technology Sourcing, as required.
• Be Computacenter’s leading services presence for all services delivered and associated growth opportunities, managing senior-level customer engagement in line with the Account Plan.
• Connect GMS, Skilled Services, Technology Sourcing and Sales to ensure contractual and professional services are delivered consistently, at the required quality, and in line with contracted delivery and commercial outcomes.
