Role Description The Food and Beverage Manager is a full-time, on-site role for our Flagship Property "Shahpura House", Jaipur, responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations within the property. The role includes managing restaurant, bar, and banquet services; ensuring consistent quality of food, beverages, and service; and maintaining compliance with hygiene and safety standards. The manager will lead and train the F&B; team,



create staffing schedules, and monitor daily operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction. This role also involves menu planning in collaboration with culinary teams, cost control, inventory management, and budgeting to achieve revenue and profitability targets. The Food and Beverage Manager will work closely with other hotel departments to support events, promotions, and guest experience initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations, including restaurant, bar, and banquet management.
• Demonstrated ability in Customer Service, with a focus on enhancing guest experience and handling feedback professionally.
• Experience in Training, coaching, and developing food and beverage teams to maintain service standards.
