Role Description The Assistant Store Manager Operations is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata, responsible for supporting the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations. This includes monitoring sales floor activities, ensuring consistent implementation of Apple and iTech service standards,



and maintaining store visual merchandising and inventory accuracy. The role involves coordinating staff schedules, supervising team performance, guiding sales and customer service activities, and resolving operational issues promptly. The Assistant Store Manager Operations will also help manage reporting, store processes, and compliance with company policies while fostering a positive, customer-centric environment. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and active participation in in-store events, product launches, and training sessions is expected.
