Role Description The Human Resources Intern will support day-to-day HR operations in a remote setting. Responsibilities include assisting with recruitment activities (posting roles, screening applications, scheduling interviews), maintaining employee records, and helping implement HR policies and procedures. The intern will help coordinate onboarding processes, support employee benefits and personnel documentation,



and assist with HR-related communications and basic reporting. This internship role also involves collaborating with HR leadership on small projects focused on process improvement, compliance, and employee experience.
Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with an interest in HR as a career path.
• Understanding of HR Policies and basic employment practices, with the ability to learn and apply guidelines consistently.
• Awareness of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management, including maintaining accurate records and supporting staff queries.
