Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator, with 1.5Yr+ Exp, to support day-to-day marketing execution at Growth Vidhyapeeth. The role involves coordinating content and creative production, supporting events and social media, managing marketing deliverables, and exploring AI tools to improve results.
We value someone who takes ownership, follows through on deadlines and continuously looks for effective ways to get things done.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Content & Creative Coordination
• Coordinate with designers, editors and content teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality marketing assets.
• Manage briefs, feedback, revisions and quality checks to ensure alignment with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.

2. Events & Webinar Support
• Coordinate backend execution of workshops, webinars & training events.
• Manage pre- and post-event deliverables, including banners, standees, workbooks, BTS content, video snippets and feedback materials.

3. Social Media & Community Engagement




• Assist with content scheduling & postings across Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp.
• Monitor comments, messages, and stories to drive active audience engagement.
• Update bios, links, and highlights to ensure a consistent brand image.

4. Data Reporting
• Maintain marketing trackers, project status reports & upcoming deadlines
• Conduct basic research on market trends, competitor activities, audience interests and relevant content opportunities.

5. Production & Project Management
• On-Ground support for studio shoots, workshop recordings & ad production.
• Organize marketing assets, project folders, file versions and feedback to ensure easy access and smooth collaboration.

6. AI & Productivity Exploration
• Use AI tools and effective prompts to support content ideation, research, copy refinement and day-to-day marketing tasks.
