We are looking for a proactive, experienced HR skilled who can establish a structured HR function, take complete ownership of recruitment and ensure smooth HR operations across our business.
2. Role ObjectiveThe HR Manager will be responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle, with primary ownership of end-to-end recruitment, manpower planning, HR operations, payroll coordination, statutory compliance and performance management.




The candidate must be capable of working independently with management and department heads to ensure that the right people are recruited, onboarded and retained to support the company's growth.
3. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition – Primary Responsibility
• Take complete ownership of recruitment across all departments.
• Collect manpower requirements from management and department heads.
• Prepare and maintain Job Descriptions (JDs) and candidate competency profiles.
• Develop recruitment plans, hiring timelines and sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, employee referrals, recruitment agencies and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Assess candidates for experience, skills, salary expectations, communication and suitability.
• Coordinate technical and functional interviews with department heads.
• Maintain interview evaluation for
