Role Description This is a full-time, in office role for a Consultant – Nuclear Medicine based in Mohali. The Consultant will perform and interpret nuclear medicine procedures, including diagnostic imaging and relevant therapeutic interventions, in accordance with established clinical protocols.



Responsibilities include reviewing patient histories, determining appropriate investigations, ensuring radiation safety, and collaborating with referring physicians to provide clear, actionable reports. The Consultant will participate in multidisciplinary discussions, support emergency consults when required, and contribute to quality assurance and compliance with regulatory standards. The role may also involve training junior medical staff and technologists, and engaging in continuous professional development to keep pace with advances in nuclear medicine.
Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Medicine with specialized training and experience in Nuclear Medicine.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Physicians and other clinical teams, including Cardiology where relevant to nuclear cardiology procedures.
• Experience managing urgent and Emergency Medicine-related nuclear imaging needs in a hospital setting.
