We are looking for an experienced ML Operations Lead to manage and optimize traditional Machine Learning models in production.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead and mentor the ML Operations team.
✅ Manage model deployment, retraining, validation, and rollback.
✅ Monitor model performance, drift, and data quality.
✅ Maintain model versioning, lineage, and auditability.
✅ Collaborate with Data Engineering, Business, and international teams.
✅ Ensure model reliability, fairness, and operational excellence.
Required Skills & Experience:
? 8+ years of experience in ML, MLOps, or Data Science Engineering.
? Hands-on experience operating traditional ML models in production.




? Robust knowledge of model monitoring, drift detection, and retraining pipelines.
? Experience with model validation, CI/CD, and model registries.
? Team leadership and stakeholder management skills.
? Experience with customer churn models and telecom use cases is a plus.
? Important: This role focuses on traditional Machine Learning and classical MLOps, not LLMs or Generative AI.
