Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Meerut. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms to build brand awareness and engage education-focused audiences. Daily tasks include managing the content calendar, drafting and editing posts, coordinating graphics or short videos, and optimizing content for reach and performance. The Social Media Manager will monitor analytics, respond to comments and messages,



and collaborate with marketing and product teams to support campaigns and product updates. The role also involves staying current with social media trends relevant to edtech and recommending new formats or channels to strengthen Velyx OS’s online presence.
Qualifications
• Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to manage platforms and improve performance.
• Ability to develop and execute effective Content Strategy aligned with brand and business goals.
• Excellent Writing and Communication skills for clear, engaging, and consistent messaging.
• Experience with social media analytics tools and basic understanding of digital marketing principles.
• Prior experience managing social media for tech or education brands is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field preferred.
