We are at Teleperformance hiring For Process Trainer .

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver new hire, refresher, upskilling, and process training programs.
• Conduct training needs analysis and identify knowledge gaps within the business.
• Design, customize, and update training content, learning materials, and assessments.
• Facilitate engaging classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions.
• Monitor trainee performance through evaluations, assessments, and feedback mechanisms.
• Partner with Operations, Quality, and Leadership teams to ensure training effectiveness and alignment with business objectives.
• Analyze training metrics and recommend interventions to improve employee performance.
• Support transition, process updates, and change management initiatives through structured learning interventions.
• Maintain training records, attendance, certifications, and compliance documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong experience in Training and Learning & Development within a BPO. Exposure to Banking, Financial Services,



or Customer Service workplace will be an added benefit.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proven experience in facilitating classroom and virtual training programs.
• Strong presentation, stakeholder management, and coaching skills.
• Ability to influence learners and drive engagement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
