We are setting up a lean, high-ownership go-to-market team from the ground up, and the people in these roles will shape how Solis sells.

The roleYou will close. You take qualified opportunities, understand the client's problem, show how our products solve it, and turn conversations into signed, paying customers.

What you will do• Run discovery calls to understand each client's processes, pain points and budget
• Deliver tailored product demos of our HRMS, CRM and automation suites
• Scope custom requests with the tech team and turn them into clear proposals
• Prepare quotations and proposals, negotiate commercials and close deals
• Manage the full sales cycle from first meeting to signed contract and payment




• Coordinate a smooth handover to onboarding and implementation
• Grow existing accounts through upsells, renewals and referrals
• Maintain an accurate pipeline and weekly forecast in the CRM
• Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets

What we are looking for• 1 to 3 years in B2B sales, ideally selling software, SaaS or IT services to SMBs
• Proven record of closing deals and meeting targets
• Solid presentation, negotiation and follow-up skills
• Ability to explain technical products in simple business terms
• Clear spoken and written English and Hindi
• Comfortable with a CRM, proposal tools and video-call demos

Good to have• Experience selling HRMS, CRM, ERP or workflow automation products
• Exposure to solution selling for custom software projects
