Main Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and responsive customer support to users via multiple

communication channels including email, chat, and social media platforms

• Review user-generated content including text, images, videos, and profiles to ensure

compliance with community guidelines and platform policies

• Identify, flag, and remove inappropriate content that violates platform rules, including

hate speech, violence, harassment, explicit material, or other policy violations

• Utilize automated moderation tools and systems to efficiently process content while

following established escalation procedures for complex or sensitive cases

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of moderation decisions and flagged

content according to company procedures

• Collaborate with internal teams to address emerging content trends, policy updates,

and ensure consistent enforcement of community standards

• Address user concerns and inquiries promptly while maintaining a high level of

professionalism, empathy, and customer-centric approach





• Identify opportunities for improving user experience and provide constructive feedback

for app enhancements

• Maintain user information confidentiality and protect it from unauthorized use, ensuring

compliance with privacy policies

• Perform any other tasks, duties, or services requested by immediate supervisor

Requirements

• Robust written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi, along with mandatory proficiency in any one of the following languages: Bengali, Marathi, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, or Kannada.
• 1–2 years of experience in content moderation is required.
• Comfortable to work in 24*7 environment.
• Emotional resilience and ability to handle potentially disturbing or sensitive content professionally
• Strong digital literacy with familiarity navigating social media platforms and online environments
• Previous experience in content moderation, trust and safety, or similar roles
