Role Description The Banquet Manager role is a full time, on-site position based at Hotel Centre Point in Nagpur. The Banquet Manager oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of all banquet events, including corporate functions, weddings, social gatherings, and conferences across the hotel’s banquet halls. This role involves managing booking inquiries,



conducting client meetings, creating event layouts, coordinating with the food and beverage team, and ensuring timely setup and breakdown of events. The Banquet Manager leads and supervises banquet staff, handles scheduling, provides on-the-floor guidance during functions, and ensures service standards are consistently met. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring guest satisfaction, addressing service issues, managing costs, working closely with kitchen and sales teams, and maintaining compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
