Role Description The Senior Performance Marketing Manager for premium and luxury fashion brands will lead all performance marketing efforts to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. This full-time, on-site role is based in Saket and involves managing paid media channels, optimizing campaigns across platforms, and overseeing marketing budgets. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing performance marketing strategies, analyzing campaign data, generating insights,



and coordinating with creative, merchandising, and e-commerce teams. The role also includes testing current growth initiatives, refining audience targeting, ensuring brand-aligned messaging, and reporting on key performance metrics to leadership.

Working Days : Monday - Saturday (Saturday work from home)
Working Hours : 11am-8pm

Qualifications
• Strong experience in performance marketing, including managing paid search, paid social, and display campaigns for premium or luxury fashion brands.
• Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, other ad platforms) and data-driven decision-making to optimize ROI and CAC.
• Solid understanding of e-commerce funnels, conversion rate optimization, and customer lifecycle marketing for fashion or lifestyle products.
