About the RoleWe are looking for a confident, persuasive and target-oriented Outbound Pre-Sales Executive to connect with Australian businesses, identify potential clients and generate qualified sales opportunities for our business development team.
The role primarily involves outbound cold calling, engaging business owners and decision-makers, introducing EITB's digital services, and scheduling qualified sales meetings.

Key Responsibilities• Make outbound cold calls to Australian businesses using company-provided prospect databases and lead lists.
• Engage business owners, directors, marketing managers and other relevant decision-makers.
• Introduce EITB's services across website development, mobile and web applications, digital marketing, SEO, AI solutions, automation and IT support.
• Ask relevant questions to understand prospects' business needs and identify potential opportunities.
• Handle objections confidently and professionally without being pushy.




• Qualify interested prospects and schedule meetings for the business development team.
• Follow up with prospects through calls and professional emails.
• Maintain accurate call records, lead status and follow-up activities in the designated CRM or tracker.
• Achieve agreed targets for outbound calls, qualified leads and meetings booked.
• Share prospect feedback, common objections and potential opportunities with the team.

Requirements• 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales, cold calling, international telemarketing, lead generation or pre-sales.
• Excellent spoken English, with explicit communication and the confidence to engage Australian prospects.
• Strong telephone etiquette, listening, persuasion and objection-handling skills.
• Ability to initiate conversations naturally rather than rely entirely on a script.
