Role Description This is a full time, on-site Senior Sales Manager role based in Bhopal. The Senior Sales Manager will lead sales activities for process control instrumentation and automation solutions, including managing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. Daily responsibilities include meeting with industrial clients,



understanding technical requirements, preparing proposals and quotations, and delivering product presentations and demonstrations. The role involves coordinating with technical and service teams to ensure accurate application support, managing the sales pipeline and forecasts, and negotiating commercial terms. The Senior Sales Manager will also mentor junior sales staff, track market trends and competitor activity, and contribute to sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.
