About DigifrizzDigifrizz is a full-service performance-marketing agency that helps brands in D2C ecommerce, Healthcare, Education, and Real Estate grow with data-driven marketing and analytics. We’re entering a high-growth phase and are looking for a Business Development Manager to lead that charge.
The RoleYou will own Digifrizz’s new-business growth — identifying the right brands in our focus sectors, opening conversations with decision-makers, and turning them into long-term clients. This is a role for someone who blends sharp commercial instinct with genuine marketing understanding: you’ll consult, diagnose a prospect’s growth gaps, and be responsible for end-to-end P&L.;
What you’ll do• Build and own the new-business pipeline across our three focus sectors — D2C ecommerce, Healthcare, Education, and Real Estate.
• Identify, research, and reach out to prospective clients, and secure quality meetings with founders, CMOs, and marketing heads.




• Run consultative discovery conversations: understand a prospect’s goals, uncover where their current marketing leaks, and position proposed solutions accordingly.
• Work with the founder and delivery team to shape proposals, pitches, and commercials.
• Represent in meetings, pitches, industry events, and online — becoming a recognisable face for the brand in our sectors.
• Nurture relationships with existing and past clients to unlock referrals and repeat business.
• Keep the CRM and pipeline disciplined and up to date, and report on pipeline health and conversion.
• Feed market and competitor insight back into our positioning, offers, and content.
