Role Description The Franchise Manager – Solar is a full time, on-site role based in Kanpur,



responsible for developing and managing Helium Solar’s franchise network. This role involves identifying potential franchise partners, conducting due diligence, and supporting them through onboarding, training, and performance ramp-up. The Franchise Manager will manage day-to-day relationships with franchisees, monitor sales performance and operational standards, and ensure alignment with Helium Solar’s brand, technical quality, and customer service expectations. The role includes coordinating with internal teams (sales, technical, finance, and operations) to provide franchisees with timely support, marketing materials, and product updates, while tracking KPIs and preparing regular reports for leadership. The Franchise Manager will also visit franchise locations, support local business development activities, and implement process improvements that enhance franchise profitability and customer satisfaction.
