• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Data Analyst or similar role.
• Strong manufacturing domain experience, preferably covering inventory, supply chain, procurement, production or warehouse operations.
• Strong understanding of ERP-driven manufacturing processes and transactional data.
• Experience working with business stakeholders and SMEs to gather requirements.
• Robust experience in requirements elicitation, process mapping and functional documentation.
• Strong SQL and data-analysis skills.
• Experience with source-to-target mapping and business-rule definition.
• Experience with data profiling, reconciliation and data-quality analysis.
• Experience defining KPIs and analytical requirements.
• Experience with UAT, business validation and stakeholder sign-off.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical teams.
