Role Description the Clinical Documentation Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for reviewing, analysing, and improving clinical documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with physicians and clinical staff to clarify diagnoses and procedures, updating medical records,



and standardizing documentation formats and terminology. The specialist will analyse documentation for quality and consistency, identify gaps or discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions. Additional responsibilities include supporting documentation audits, contributing to documentation guidelines and templates, and participating in training initiatives to promote best practices in clinical documentation.
Qualifications
• Create medical transcription documents by transcribing audio recordings from healthcare providers into written form.
• Provide real-time medical scribing support to healthcare providers as required.
• Interpret and transcribe medical jargon and complex terms with high accuracy.
• Verify and cross-check the accuracy of transcriptions.
• Identify gaps in medical transcription files and correct them using research or by consulting medical professionals.
