The Dispatch Executive will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end dispatch and logistics activities, including material availability, packing, documentation, freight calculation, transporter/courier coordination, shipment tracking, client communication and timely delivery of materials to customers and project sites.

Key Responsibilities1. Dispatch Operations• Take material availability lists and coordinate material picking from racks and production areas as per dispatch requirements.
• Coordinate with the pipe and fitting sections for packing, bundle readiness and timely dispatch of materials.
• Verify materials against invoices, challans and packing lists before dispatch.
• Prepare packing lists, address labels and dispatch-related documentation, including special formats for export and key customers.
• Confirm customer/site addresses and freight and packing charges with clients and sales teams.




• Prepare manual challans for materials and tools wherever required.
• Calculate freight charges for invoices and challans.
• Prepare and share dispatch details through email with concerned stakeholders.
• Conduct pre-dispatch checks and ensure all required materials and documents are ready.
• Coordinate physical supervision of major, urgent or multiple dispatches.
• Coordinate return of defective, damaged, rusted or leaking purchase materials to vendors.
• Follow up on materials unavailable at the factory and ensure readiness for dispatch.
2. Logistics & Transportation Coordination• Coordinate daily with transporters and courier partners for shipment pickup, movement and delivery.
• Arrange tempos, vehicles, porters and autos for factory, customer and project-site requirements.
• Coordinate direct dispatches and follow up with vehicle/tempo drivers until material reaches the site.
