We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Process Coordinator to manage daily operations, order processing, and coordination with dealers, distributors, and internal teams.

? Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage order processing and dispatch coordination.
✅ Prepare and track quotations and documentation.
✅ Coordinate with dealers, distributors, and internal departments.
✅ Maintain MIS reports, CRM records, and operational data.
✅ Follow up on pending orders and outstanding payments.
✅ Handle customer queries and ensure smooth business operations.
