Position Overview:
SkyyRider Electric Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a competent and result-oriented Tender Executive to manage and coordinate the end-to-end tendering process, with a primary focus on GeM (Government e-Marketplace) and other government/e-tendering platforms.
The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of tender procedures, excellent communication and documentation skills, and the ability to independently manage multiple tender opportunities while ensuring timely and compliant bid submissions.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, evaluate,



and track relevant government, PSU, institutional, and private-sector tender opportunities.
• Independently manage the complete tender lifecycle, from tender identification to bid submission and post-bid follow-up.
• Handle GeM (Government e-Marketplace) activities, including bid participation, product/service listing, quotation submission, order processing, and related documentation.
• Thoroughly review tender documents, including eligibility criteria, technical specifications, commercial terms, EMD, PBG, submission requirements, and contractual conditions.
• Prepare and compile technical and commercial bid documents in accordance with tender requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Finance, Accounts, Production, Service, Technical, and Management for required documents, pricing, approvals, and technical information.
