Role Description The Senior Recruitment Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role involves managing end-to-end hiring processes for multiple functions, including sourcing candidates, screening profiles, scheduling and conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. The Senior Recruitment Associate will build talent pipelines, maintain accurate recruitment data,



and ensure a smooth experience for candidates throughout the selection process. The role also includes partnering with leadership to understand workforce needs, refining recruitment strategies, and contributing to employer branding initiatives. This position requires consistent collaboration with internal stakeholders and proactive ownership of hiring outcomes in a fast-paced startup setting.
