Are you an experienced HR professional with a strong background in domestic BPO recruitment, workforce management, and HR operations?
Adam and Eve is looking for a result-oriented HR Recruiter & Manager who can lead recruitment activities, manage an existing workforce of approximately 100 employees, and oversee day-to-day HR operations.
? Location: PN Palayam, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for domestic BPO and call center requirements.
• Source and recruit candidates based on language proficiency and business requirements, with a focus on North Indian candidates.
• Build recruitment networks with manpower consultants, placement agencies, and training institutes across India.
• Negotiate salaries and close candidates within approved budgets.
• Manage and support an existing workforce of approximately 100 employees.
• Lead the HR and recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.
• Oversee payroll coordination, ESI, PF, attendance, and employee records.
• Ensure smooth HR operations, employee coordination, and workforce management.
Required Skills & Experience• Mandatory experience in domestic BPO or call center recruitment.
• Solid sourcing, negotiation, and candidate-closing skills.
• Experience coordinating with manpower consultants and recruitment agencies across India.
• Proven ability to manage employees and lead a recruitment team.
• Knowledge of payroll, ESI, PF, attendance, and HR administration.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Candidate• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Ability to independently manage recruitment targets and HR operations.
• Proactive, organized, and target-oriented approach.
