About the Role:
MEICON Group is seeking an experienced Planning qualified with strong expertise in Heavy Infrastructure projects to lead project scheduling and control across our global portfolio in India and U.S.A., where the ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing detailed project schedules, monitoring progress, tracking the critical path, planning resources, and driving delay analysis, recovery planning, and timely progress reporting in close collaboration with our execution team.

Location : Hyderabad, Telangana, India

Key Responsibilities:
· Develop, manage, and maintain detailed baseline schedules,



master schedules, and short-term look-ahead schedules using Primavera P6 and MSP.
· Create and define Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), activities, activity codes, durations, logic links, lags, and constraints as per project scope.
· Prepare resource-loaded and cost-loaded schedules including manpower, equipment, and material requirements.
· Perform resource leveling, resource optimization, and what-if scenario analysis to improve productivity and efficiency.
· Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly progress at site and validate actuals against planned activities.
· Continuously track and analyze critical path, near-critical paths, float analysis, and key milestones.
· Prepare and present comprehensive project control deliverables - Daily Progress Reports (DPR), Weekly Progress Reports (WPR), Monthly Progress Reports (MPR), S-curves, histograms, and cash flow projections.
· Conduct Earned Value Manage
