About The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Executive / Officer – Sourcing to support sourcing and procurement activities within the specialty and bulk chemicals business. The role will focus on maintaining supplier databases, coordinating, Requests for Quotations (RFQs),



collecting and analyzing price information, following up with suppliers, and preparing procurement documentation and MIS reports. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of chemical products, strong coordination skills, and the ability to manage data and documentation accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Supplier Database Management: Maintain and regularly update supplier databases, including contact details, product portfolios, pricing, capabilities, and commercial terms.
• RFQ Coordination: Prepare and share RFQs with suppliers, collect quotations, and ensure timely responses and follow-ups.
• Quotation Comparison: Compile supplier quotations, prepare comparative statements, and highlight differences in pricing, payment terms, lead times, and other commercial conditions.
