We’re looking for Relationship Managers who can turn conversations into connections, concerns into solutions, and learner experiences into long-term relationships.

Shift timing: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM

• Week-offs based on business/shift requirements
• Location: Remote

What will you own?
As an RM, you’ll own the learner relationship end-to-end — from on-boarding and activation to engagement, retention and renewals.

Your day could involve:
• Managing live chats, tickets and learner conversations
• Building meaningful, long-term learner relationships
• Ensuring smooth onboarding and activation
• Identifying disengagement and proactively reaching out
• Resolving teacher,



class and scheduling concerns
• Managing sensitive conversations with empathy and confidence
• Identifying cancellation/refund risks and driving retention
• Capturing learner feedback and identifying experience gaps
• Collaborating with Academics, Teacher Ops, Sales, Renewals, Product & Engineering
• Using learner data to identify risks, opportunities and intervention points

What we’re looking for

1–4 years of experience in:
• Customer Experience / Customer Success
• Relationship Management
• Renewals / Retention
• EdTech
• Hospitality
• Premium Customer Support
• Or any high-touch customer-facing role
