Role Overview
We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Success Specialist who can combine strong customer support skills with proactive customer success management. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in customer support, a good understanding of SaaS products, and the ability to help customers get the most value from a product.
You will be responsible for resolving customer queries, guiding users through product features, improving product adoption, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout their journey with Klenty.

Key Responsibilities
• Customer Support: Respond to customer queries, troubleshoot issues,



and provide timely and effective resolutions.
• Customer Success: Build robust customer relationships and proactively help customers achieve their goals using Klenty.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of Klenty’s features and capabilities to guide customers effectively.
• Product Adoption: Help customers understand and adopt relevant features to maximize product usage and value.
• Customer Onboarding: Assist new customers with product setup, onboarding, and initial configuration.
• Issue Management: Identify recurring customer issues, document solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve product-related challenges.
• Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback and share insights with the Product and Engineering teams to improve the customer experience.
• Customer Retention: Identify customers who may need additional support and take proactive steps to improve engagement and satisfaction.
