We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager – US Logistics to lead our sales team, drive new business acquisition, and accelerate revenue growth in the US freight brokerage market.

KRA-
1. Sales & Business Development
• Drive new business acquisition in the US logistics and freight brokerage market.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
• Identify business opportunities across FTL, LTL, drayage, intermodal, and specialized freight.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with US clients and key accounts.

2. Team Leadership & Management
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives.
• Set sales targets, monitor KPIs,



and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Provide coaching, training, and motivation to improve team productivity and conversions.

3. Client & Stakeholder Management
• Manage key customer relationships and act as an escalation point when required.
• Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term business partnerships.
• Coordinate with operations, pricing, and carrier teams to deliver effective logistics solutions.

4. Sales Performance & Market Analysis
• Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
• Prepare sales reports, revenue forecasts, and pipeline reviews.
• Optimize sales strategies, pricing approaches, and conversion ratios.

5. Process & Compliance
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SLAs, and applicable US regulations.
• Improve sales processes, CRM utilization, and reporting accuracy.
