Job SummaryWe are looking for a results-driven Email Marketing Executive who has hands-on experience in B2B lead generation, email campaign management, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential business clients, building targeted prospect lists, executing personalized email outreach campaigns, and generating qualified leads for our services.
The ideal candidate should understand B2B prospecting, email deliverability, lead segmentation, and LinkedIn-based prospect research to support our sales pipeline and business growth.

Key Responsibilities1. Email Marketing & Campaign Management
• Plan, create, and execute B2B email marketing campaigns.
• Write professional, personalized, and engaging cold emails and follow-up sequences.
• Manage email campaigns using tools such as Mailchimp, Brevo, HubSpot, Apollo, or similar platforms.




• Monitor campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, reply rates, bounce rates, and conversions.
• Maintain email deliverability and follow best practices for sender reputation.
• Optimize campaigns through A/B testing of subject lines, email copy, and calls to action.

2. LinkedIn Sales Navigator & Lead Generation
• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and research potential B2B clients.
• Build targeted prospect lists based on industry, company size, location, job title, and decision-maker role.
• Identify key decision-makers, including CEOs, founders, business owners, marketing managers, and sales heads.
• Research companies to understand their business needs and personalize outreach.
• Use relevant LinkedIn insights to identify prospects for our services.
• Maintain and update prospect databases and CRM records.
