We are looking for a skilled BIM Modeler to generate residential/ Commercial models for our clients using Revit Architecture software. In this role, you will be required to coordinate with architects and engineers to discuss design concepts for CAD models, develop designs, and generate software models

Responsibilities
• Create initial REVIT® Project setup with workflow documents.
• Initiate Model for each project and prepare for production team.
• Provide BIM/REVIT® project kick-off information.
• Work as part of a BIM/CAD support team to achieve consistent results.
• Daily modelling production and do the QC of the productions.
• Provide REVIT® Architecture and BME desktop support.
• Over-the-shoulder training, developing and shadowing to co-team members.
• Content creation: Families such as parametric, formula, nested and schedules.




• Work with architecture disciplines on content received and update them as per the BME’s Standards.
• Support linked views and others in multiple models situation.
• Integration of REVIT® products with other applications (AutoCAD, Takentool, Dynamo).
• Working knowledge of BIM industry workflows, production cycle and priorities.
• Ability to uphold the use of standards and escalate issues in a timely fashion.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related degree.
• Proven work experience in BIM projects.
• Extensive knowledge of Revit Architecture software.
• A detailed oriented and creative individual.
• Ability to meet deadlines and multitasking.
• Experience working on international BIM projects will be an added advantage
