Role Description
The Marketing Manager role at Medigrad is a full-time, on-site position based in Current Delhi. The Marketing Manager will plan and execute marketing strategies to promote Medigrad’s fellowship programs, strengthen brand positioning in the healthcare and edtech domains,



and drive lead generation across digital and offline channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing integrated marketing campaigns, managing social media and performance marketing activities, coordinating email and content marketing, and overseeing marketing analytics and reporting. The role also involves collaborating with sales, academic, and product teams to align messaging, organizing events or webinars for doctors, managing agency or vendor relationships, and optimizing budgets to meet enrollment and growth targets.

Qualifications
• Demonstrated skills in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and brand positioning in fast-growing sectors such as healthcare or edtech.
• Experience with digital marketing channels, including social media marketing, performance marketing, SEO/SEM, and email marketing.
