Role Description The Sales Team Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Vikhroli- East, responsible for overseeing and driving the performance of the sales team. This role involves setting sales targets, monitoring progress, and coaching team members to achieve individual and team goals. The Sales Team Lead will manage daily sales operations, coordinate property listings and site visits,



and ensure high-quality customer service throughout the sales cycle. They will analyze market trends, prepare sales reports, and support strategic planning to grow revenue and market presence.
