Role Description The Event Coordinator is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of weddings, corporate functions, and social events. Day-to-day tasks include managing event timelines, vendor communication, and logistics, as well as preparing proposals, budgets, and event documentation.



The role involves collaborating with clients to understand their vision, providing regular updates, and ensuring a high standard of customer service throughout the event lifecycle. The Event Coordinator will assist with sourcing venues and suppliers, tracking payments and contracts, and coordinating setup and breakdown details. This role also supports post-event reporting, feedback collection, and continuous improvement of processes and client experience.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Event Planning and Event Management, including scheduling, logistics coordination, and on-the-day support.
