Role Description:
This ALPHA REALTY Passive Earning Program role is an internship position designed for individuals interested in gaining exposure to real estate sales and investment opportunities. The role is hybrid, based in Hyderabad, with some tasks that can be performed from home. Day-to-day activities may include supporting property listing and documentation, learning about real property evaluation, assisting in basic lease and agreement tracking,



and shadowing senior team members during client interactions and negotiations. Interns may also help with market research, data entry related to property portfolios, and basic communication with prospective clients under supervision. The program is intended to provide structured learning while enabling participants to understand how passive earning opportunities can be created within the real estate sector.

Qualifications:
• Candidates should possess foundational knowledge or strong interest in Real Property and Real Estate.
