Role Description The Customer Service Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. In this position, the individual will handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels, providing timely and accurate information about products, orders, and services. Daily responsibilities include resolving customer issues, processing requests, coordinating with internal teams such as sales, logistics, and production,



and updating customer records in relevant systems. The role involves monitoring order status, following up on deliveries, and ensuring customers receive clear communication throughout the process. The representative will also collect customer feedback, contribute to service improvements, and maintain high standards of professionalism and courtesy in every interaction.
