We are looking for a dynamic, well-connected Business Development Executive with a strong background in hospitality and B2B sales to expand our business across hotels, corporate offices, event management companies and institutional clients in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities• Identify and acquire new B2B clients across hotels, corporate offices, cafés, catering companies and event management businesses.
• Leverage existing industry relationships to connect with hotel F&B; managers, executive chefs, procurement heads, corporate administration teams and key decision-makers.
• Develop long-term partnerships for recurring bakery and pastry supplies, corporate gifting, events and bulk orders.
• Present L’étoile's product range, organise sampling sessions and convert business opportunities into confirmed orders.
• Negotiate commercial terms, manage client relationships and drive repeat business.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly sales targets while building a sustainable B2B customer portfolio.





What We're Looking For• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, preferably in hotel sales, hospitality, HoReCa, premium bakery or food service industries.
• Prior experience working in business development with hotels in Hyderabad is highly preferred.
• Strong existing professional connections with hotels, corporate offices, event planners, catering businesses and procurement decision-makers in Hyderabad.
• Proven track record in B2B client acquisition, relationship management and securing recurring business.
• Positive understanding of pastry, bakery and food service products.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory. Telugu is an added advantage.
• Must currently be based and working in Hyderabad.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and comfortable with regular client meetings and field visits.
