Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented B2B Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying potential corporate clients, building strong business relationships, and generating revenue through B2B sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills, along with the ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop recent business opportunities by connecting with corporate clients, colleges, universities, training institutes, and other organizations.

• Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, and market research.

• Promote the company's training programs, technology solutions, and other business offerings to prospective clients.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, HR managers, business owners, and institutional representatives.

• Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions based on their business needs.

• Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and product or service demonstrations.





• Prepare business proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements.

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close deals successfully.

• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and follow up with prospective clients regularly.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, follow-ups, and sales closures in the CRM or internal tracking system.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of services to clients.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
