Role OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and confident Sales & Business Development Executive to help SparkEdge acquire new clients.
This is a remote, commission-based opportunity for someone who enjoys communicating with people, identifying business opportunities and converting prospects into paying customers.
You will work directly with the founder to generate leads, conduct cold calls, follow up with prospects and help close web development and software projects.
Key Responsibilities• Identify potential clients, including small and medium-sized businesses, schools, coaching institutes, gyms and other organizations.




• Conduct outbound cold calls to business owners and decision-makers.
• Introduce SparkEdge's website development and software services.
• Understand client requirements and identify genuine business opportunities.
• Follow up with interested prospects and schedule meetings.
• Handle basic objections and assist in converting prospects into paying clients.
• Maintain a record of leads, calls, follow-ups and conversion status.
• Coordinate with the founder regarding project requirements, pricing and client handover.

Compensation Structure• Earn ₹2,000 for every eligible new client successfully converted.
• Commission is payable after SparkEdge receives the agreed qualifying payment from the client.
• The definition of a qualifying conversion, eligible project value, payment timing and attribution of leads will be documented before work begins.
