The OTR Podcast is a talk show about the honest conversations and stories that usually stay off the record. We’re a young, hungry team of founders building it from day one, and we’re looking for a creative mind to help the world discover it.

No experience needed. Everything you need, from editing tools to content strategy, we will teach you. All we need is curiosity and the drive to learn.

What you’ll do
• Turn episodes into reels, clips and quote cards for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube
• Write hooks, captions and posts that make people stop scrolling
• Help plan our weekly content calendar
• Watch what works and help us do more of it
• Pitch your own ideas for campaigns and content, and see them go live
