We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Technical Support Specialist with excellent English communication skills, a technical background, and previous customer support experience to join our growing team in Hyderabad, India.
Position Overview

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will serve as a primary point of contact for customers requiring assistance with our healthcare technology systems.
You will troubleshoot technical issues, assist customers with system configurations, provide remote support, and communicate technical solutions clearly and professionally.




The ideal candidate has a solid command of the English language, previous customer support experience, and a working knowledge of computer hardware, software, and basic networking.
Training on our proprietary healthcare technology systems will be provided.
Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers in the United States via phone, email, and remote support tools.
