Role Description The Back Office Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The role involves handling day-to-day office operations, including data entry, records maintenance, document management, and coordination with internal teams. The Back Office Executive will support finance and sales activities by preparing reports, tracking invoices, maintaining customer and vendor information, and ensuring accuracy in documentation. The role includes responding to internal queries,



assisting with scheduling, and ensuring smooth workflow between front office and operational teams. This position requires consistent follow-up, attention to detail, and timely completion of assigned tasks.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Back Office Operations and Office Operations, including data management and documentation.
• Explicit and professional Communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of Sales processes to support customer data handling and sales reporting.
