Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graduate Management Trainee role based in Palai.



Graduate Management Trainees will rotate across key business functions to gain exposure to sales operations, customer service, underwriting, claims, and branch administration. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting branch business development activities, assisting in analyzing customer needs and recommending suitable insurance solutions, preparing and reviewing reports and documentation, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Trainees will participate in structured training programs, learn company systems and processes, contribute to local marketing initiatives, and support compliance with regulatory and internal policies. The role is designed to build future managers with strong functional knowledge, leadership capabilities, and a customer-centric mindset within SBI Life.
