Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter with strong exposure to the U.S. Life Sciences staffing market, including Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical, and Biotechnology domains.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and marketing our bench of Life Sciences professionals, developing relationships with Prime Vendors, MSPs, implementation partners, and direct clients, and identifying suitable contract opportunities across the U.S. market.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and market a strong bench of Life Sciences professionals across Medical Devices, Pharma, and Biotech.
Market candidates to Prime Vendors, MSPs, staffing partners, and direct clients for suitable contract opportunities.
Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with Prime Vendors and MSPs.
Identify recent vendor relationships.




Proactively submit qualified candidates against suitable requirements and follow up with vendors/clients.
Handle candidates with various U.S. work authorization statuses, including OPT, H-1B, H-4 EAD, GC EAD, GC, and U.S. Citizens, in accordance with applicable requirements.
Research market trends, client requirements, and demand for Life Sciences skill sets.
Maintain strong communication with candidates to ensure availability and engagement.

Required Skills

2+ years of experience in U.S. Bench Sales & Life Sciences Staffing.
Strong understanding of the U.S. staffing and consulting market.
Strong knowledge of U.S. work authorization/visa categories.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Good understanding of U.S. time zones and staffing practices.
