We are looking for a hands-on and analytical Founder’s Office - Strategy, Ops & Partnerships to support MedBird Pharma's (sister-concern) business growth, B2B partnerships, product pipeline, vendor management, daily operations, and warehouse management. The role involves working closely with teams across strategy, operations, inventory, delivery, and process improvement.

Job Location: Sultanpur / Chhatarpur, New Delhi

Key Responsibilities
● Drive business expansion, process improvement, and operational efficiency initiatives.
● Identify and manage B2B partnerships and key accounts, including client acquisition, relationship management, negotiations, and escalations.
● Manage medicine delivery operations, including a team, delivery TAT, service quality, and issue resolution.
● Oversee warehouse and inventory operations across SAAOL centres, including stock movement, reconciliation, expiry management, and inter-centre transfers.
● Coordinate monthly medicine requirements, procurement, and vendor fulfilment for centres.
● Act as the SPOC for MARG software across MedBird,



managing inventory, reports, user coordination, troubleshooting, and system processes.
● Analyse business and operational data to generate MIS, reports, and actionable insights.
● Manage and coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of business and operational requirements.
