We are looking for an experienced Change Management professional to lead organizational change initiatives associated with technology implementations, product launches, process transformations, and business change programs.





The role will be responsible for assessing the impact of change, preparing stakeholders and end users, developing communication and training strategies, managing adoption, and ensuring that changes are successfully embedded into day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate will have robust stakeholder management, communication, training, and organizational change skills, with the ability to work across business, technology, product, and delivery teams.
