Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Engineering Tech Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of cutting-edge digital solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Python, FastAPI, AWS, and PostgreSQL, combined with excellent stakeholder management skills. You will lead a team of engineers, ensure high-quality system design, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Technical Leadership:
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers in developing robust, scalable applications.
• Define best practices for coding, architecture, and deployment
• Lead the hands-on design and development of Python-based AI services, agent workflows, APIs, and orchestration components, ensuring alignment with the target architecture and engineering standards
• Implement and manage multi-agent frameworks, including agent routing, tool integration, memory management, context handling, approval workflows, and human-in-the-loop capabilities
• Develop and integrate RAG pipelines, LLM applications, vector stores, prompt engineering frameworks, evaluation mechanisms, and responsible AI controls within the forecasting platform
• Build scalable integrations across Snowflake, AWS services, AI/ML platforms, and forecasting applications, ensuring secure, reliable, and high-performance data and workflow execution
• Provide technical leadership to the engineering team through code reviews, design reviews, troubleshooting, performance optimization, CI/CD enablement, and men
